  • 3 tablespoons dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the dried basil, oregano, parsley, rosemary, and thyme in a small mixing bowl. If using, add the red pepper flakes. Gently mix until the herbs are evenly distributed.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a spice jar or an airtight container.  Store in a cool, dark place for up to six months.
