These delicious and easy-to-make Roasted Garlic Parmesan Potatoes are a crispy golden brown package of mouthwatering goodness that will be on your table in less than 45-minutes.
2pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Wash potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Quarter the potatoes lengthwise, then cut into 3/4-inch slices. Place into a large mixing bowl.
Add the olive oil, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, basil, salt, and pepper to the bowl and toss to evenly coat the potatoes.
Spray a 15×9 glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place the potatoes in a single layer in the baking dish. Roast in the oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
